I first heard of eyebrow lamination, also known as "fluffy brows", soon after arriving in the UK. It's a technique where the eyebrow hairs are permed while being brush in an upward motion. This makes the eyebrows appear fuller & more defined.
This treatment consisted of eyebrow perming, tinting & reshaping. The total process took about 60 mins. And will last 8- 10 weeks.
